Soul JJ ("we", "our") operates the silverwolflabs.com website and related services (the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number, emergency contact
• Training info: belt rank, check-in history, class attendance
• Payment info: handled by Stripe; we never see your card number
• Technical info: IP address, browser type, pages visited

2. How we use it

• To operate your membership and schedule your classes
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send you transactional emails (signup verification, receipts, class reminders)
• To comply with legal obligations (waiver enforcement, tax records)

3. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (data hosting — US region)
• AWS (infrastructure, email via SES)
• Legal authorities when required by law

4. Your rights

You can request:

• Access — a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — fixing inaccurate information
• Deletion — removal of your account and associated data
• Portability — machine-readable export

Submit a request at /privacy/request. We respond within 30 days.

5. Retention

• Active member data: for the duration of your membership + 7 years (tax records requirement)
• Waiver signatures: 5 years from the date of signing
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe
