1. Acceptance

By using Soul JJ's website or attending classes, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership

• Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel anytime via the member portal
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

3. Waiver

Attendance at classes requires signing a legal waiver of liability for injuries sustained during training. The waiver is a separate document with its own terms.

4. Code of conduct

Members agree to respect fellow students and instructors, train responsibly, and follow gym safety rules.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms or the gym's code of conduct.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soul JJ is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
